Race 4 Tampa Bay Downs 7.30 Hopeful Growth (13/8)
Showed a good attitude to make a winning debut at Monmouth last summer, prevailing by a nose at the line; improved to finish second over 6f on return, going down narrowly; fitter now and up to 7f so good reason to expect further gains; rates the one to beat here.
It was lucky number THIRTEEN for the US NAP yesterday as My Wise Cat won well under a good ride from Ty Kennedy. With the original selection Wrath a late non runner we have replaced it with HOPEFUL GROWTH. She looks a filly to keep on side in Race 4 at Tampa. She showed a great attitude to win on debut and stepped forward from that when second on return. With further progress on the cards she looks a good bet to come out on top. Lovielee should ensure there is pace to the race which should give her a target to aim at.

Kept finding more to repel all dangers winning by a neck over track and trip last month; this looks easier if anything so obvious chance of following up under Ty Kennedy; positive tactics likely to be adopted again.
With the original NAP a late non runner we made the NB our best bet now so have replaced the original NB tonight. OIL MONEY showed real grit to prevail over track and trip last time and given that was his first run at this course he’s entitled to build on it and looks a good bet to follow up with the in-form Ty Kennedy now booked for the ride. Lawton is the clear danger. I have it between the pair. The latter has won two of his last three and wasn’t disgraced when third at Oaklawn last time.
