Smart type who is on an upward curve; backed like defeat was out the question back from five months coming from off the pace to win by a length here over 1000m; more to come now and with Pike on again looks to have a leading chance.
The Aussie NAP has been in great form lately and hopefully we can fire in another winner on Wednesday morning. LEVITATE looks to be improving fast and that was a likeable performance last time swooping through to win well under Pike. With more to come and the step up to 1200m looking ideal he is a confident selection to come out on top again. Aberdeen Queen is also a talented individual and she has won her last two so deserves plenty of respect. I can see this form working out well going forward, looks a good race.

Race 7 Sunshine Coast 8.15 Navy Cross (5/4)
Three wins from nine starts and this progressive gelding looks to have been found a good opportunity to notch up another victory; made all over 1900m here last time and first try over this trip looks sure to suit; hard to oppose.
We head to Sunshine Coast on Wednesday morning for the Aussie NB and NAVY CROSS should relish the extra yardage here. He won well last time, always doing enough to score, and with further improvement a distinct possibility he is sure to go close and is hard to pick holes in. Empire Games has been knocking on the door and probably stands out as the biggest danger. Neptune’s Choice should also be thereabouts having finishing second over track and trip last time.
