Promising filly by Soft Falling Rain; caught the eye on debut and improved to go close up to this trip next start; failed to give her running last time but type to bounce back and this looks a great opportunity.
Sticking with FORRIES ON FRIDAY here for Gavin Smith. He ran below par last time but is much, much better than that and if he bounces back he should take care of these under Stallone Naidoo. Arion Express has proved consistent in recent starts and may well emerge as the main danger on the day. Quintus Angel is also respected having finished third to Silver Fountain last time. She was behind the selection on that occasion though so has a bit to find to reverse that form.

Useful filly who was denied just a head on return from 79 days off the track; improved on that to get back to winning ways over C&D before running creditably in defeat when fourth over a mile last time; she looks a leading player again.
A lot to like about the in-form TAWNY JET here for Alan Greeff. She has been in cracking form lately and looks to have a big chance of making it two wins from her last four. The form of her win over C&D has worked out well so there’s plenty to like. It is competitive so she will need to be at her best. Leprechaun heads the dangers having landed back-to-back wins before blowing out last time. Should go well if bouncing back. Sir Geoffrey is also respected now sporting the first-time blinkers.
