Race 5 Bathurst 5.10 Tic Tock Man (5/2)
Useful type who ran on strongly from midfield to win his maiden at Kembla Grange on penultimate start; only missed narrowly last time and clearly in great form right now; looks the one to beat in this field and good value too.
Hard to look past TIC TOCK MAN here as he bids to make it two wins from his last three. His form stacks up and this doesn’t look any tougher than that latest assignment where he narrowly missed out. There is good speed on which should help him from a tricky gate. If he gets across and gets settled then he’ll go short in-running. Louder got too far back last time and never really landed a blow keeping on into fifth. She is a good looking type and is better than that so looks the danger to the selection. I wouldn’t put you off doing a reverse forecast if you wanted some sort of a saver on this. Ma Bella Rosie is fitter so could improve and looks pretty solid to run on into a place, best of the rest.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 8 AT SCONE ON MONDAY!
Race 8 Scone 6.50 Expellable (11/4)
Promising type who has two wins already to his name and ran a gutsy race when denied a nose on return; fitter now and should take all the beating with further improvement on the radar; should be a cut above these.
Both the NAP & NB are decent prices on Monday. EXPELLABLE is sure to go close after running such a big race on return. The early pace is strong and I don’t expect the selection to be far away. His recent form looks worth following and he should have too many gears for these however the race is run. Owhata Crumpet has won her last two so comes here chasing a hat-trick but she’ll need to step forward again to overhaul the favourite who looks to have the stronger form to her name. La Trioli is another mare to consider. She can run into a place but I think she’s a bit vulnerable for win purposes. Similar comments also apply to Alpha Go who needs more even with the 1.5kg claim to her name.

The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Bathurst and Scone in the early hours of Monday morning.
