NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 7 AT IPSWICH ON MONDAY MORNING!
Race 7 Ipswich 6.12 Wolf Moon (10/11)
Promising type who landed back-to-back wins before holding his own in a Listed race last time; this easier and further improvement to come to hard to oppose as he looks to make it 4 wins from just 6 starts.
This race revolves around WOLF MOON and if he reproduces the form that saw him third in a strong Listed event at Eagle Farm last time then he should win this. He is improving all the time and I’ll be surprised if he doesn’t take this out. He is trading at around 10/11 at the time of writing but it wouldn’t surprise me if he went off more a 4/6 or even 4/7 shot come post time. Definitely worth taking the early price (and about the double too). Valley Of Dreams is a consistent mare and she should chase the selection home. Finished runner-up the last twice and looks destined for that spot again. Southern Swing probably best of the rest but with just 4 wins from 29 starts he is looking exposed in comparison.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 4 AT TAREE ON MONDAY!
Race 4 Taree 5.45 Texas Storm (11/8)
Useful type who was beaten less than 3 lengths in Listed grade before winning here over shorter last month; not disgraced at Newcastle last time in a better race than this; strong claims of getting back in the winners enclosure.
This looks a very winnable race to me and the fav TEXAS STORM should take a lot of beating. His win here on penultimate start was a gutsy effort prevailing by just a head at the line. The step back up in trip will help and he wasn’t disgraced in a stronger race than this last time despite never landing a blow. If he is back to his best here he will have these in trouble and looks the most likely winner as the betting is suggesting. Sian has potential but his last two runs haven’t screamed that he is poised to win again so I think the selection might always have him covered. Editors has been running well and looks good value to run into a place. I think he has better claims than an 8/1 chance.

The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Taree and Ipswich in the early hours of Monday morning.
