NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 1 AT KALGOORLIE ON SUNDAY MORNING!
Race 1 Kalgoorlie 5.50 Wunderkind (5/4)
Promising filly who hasn’t done a lot wrong finishing runner-up four times now including the last twice; this small field will suit and she looks to have an obvious chance of finally making the breakthrough; hard to oppose.
This won’t take a lot of winning so WUNDERKIND is a very confident selection. She has been mixing it with better horses than this is recent times and won’t need to find much more to shed the maiden-tag. Boondi Rocks is the obvious danger as he ran well when second last time. If he improves again he will be the one to fight this out with the favourite. Ima Blueblood can do better in time but she might just need more experience and I’m not sure the way this race will pan out will suit her. Ilzaam is back from a break so is entitled to strip fitter from the run that’s very much reflected in her odds. Magic Lady and Enticing Gamble both look out their depth for now.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 6 AT DEVONPORT!
Race 6 Devonport 6.10 Endured (15/8)
Good looking mare who showed improved form to get back in the winners enclosure back from a break here over shorter at the start of the month; can do better yet so looks worth keeping safe against these.
Despite proving weak in the betting ENDURED fairly bolted up last time. She looks to be progressing nicely now and with further improvement on the cards stepping up in trip she can go in again. This is quite competitive but she looks the most likely winner to me. Miss Excess has 4 wins from 34 starts and she is consistent so I expect her to be on the premises in the closing stages. Dixie’s Boy should probably have won more races than he has and he usually finds a couple too good which could be a similar story here. Son Of Faith is exposed in comparison to the selection but certainly needs respecting if he manages to rediscover anything like his best as he would be a big danger.

The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Kalgoorlie and Devonport in the early hours of Sunday morning.
