Kempton 4.50 Dual Identity (6/4)
Caught the eye when third at Leicester and improved to open his account at Salisbury last time, making smooth headway before going clear easily; more to come as his stamina is drawn out and hard to oppose even under a 6lb penalty.
I have no doubt DUAL IDENTITY is a well handicapped horse. He took his time to get off the mark but bar his Lingfield blip had been hugely consistent and the step up to 1m2f helped him improve to win easily at Salisbury last time. He goes up to a mile and a half now for the first time and could have lots more to come now. He has a 6lb penalty but even so is hard to get away from. Rafiot is a good looking sort and he was a respectable third in the first-time blinkers at Lingfield. If he builds on that he should be in the mix for a place. Lion Face is unexposed but failed to fire at Newbury last time and has enough to prove with the blinkers reached for. Really good opportunity for the fav to follow up.

Salisbury 6.53 Albahr (6/4)
Good looking son of Dubawi who ran a race full of promise when third to Lusail on debut and stepped forward to win at Haydock on just his second start; impressive last time and second franked the form yesterday; should land the hat-trick.
Some useful types line up here but none more so than ALBAHR who is on a hat-trick. This son of Dubawi is improving all the time and while he was expected to win last time he did it in good style and the second has since franked the form. He looks progressive and he should make his mark at this level. Sweeping impressed at Catterick and went into my notes off the back of that performance but this is tougher up to a mile. It wouldn’t surprise me if he was the one to chase the favourite home. Power Of Beauty is also on a hat-trick so shouldn’t be easily dismissed either but this certainly demands more. I Am Magic opened his account at Galway and is going the right way too. This will reveal more.
