Salisbury 3.35 Neenee’s Choice (5/4)
Promising type who caught the eye when second at Windsor on return and continued to improve since making all at Ffos Las before showing a good attitude to prevail by a nose at Newbury; up just 3lb and extra yardage ideal.
The NAP was rather fortunate yesterday but we’ll take it! We head back on the Flat on Thursday for our best bet and NEENEE’S CHOICE can bring up the hat-trick. This son of Paco Boy impressed at Ffos Las and backed that up finding gamely to prevail again at Newbury last time. A 3lb rise gives him every chance of making it three in a row at Salisbury on Thursday. Zuhair landed back-to-back wins before coming up short at Leicester last time. He also goes up in trip but is going to need more to stop this fav going in again. Balearic could be the danger but he also needs more off his current mark. Fierospeed wasn’t disgraced in fifth at Windsor and might run better than his odds.

Chelmsford 6.55 Thefastnthecurious (2/1)
Good looking filly who has improved with every run and was beaten less than a length into second at Windsor and then only narrowly again at Sandown in a fiercely competitive handicap; bred to go on this surface and more to come now.
I’m surprised THEFASTNTHECURIOUS isn’t shorter than 2/1 here to be honest. This filly by Fast Company hasn’t done much wrong and proved her odds all wrong running huge on handicap debut at Sandown last month. If she runs to that sort of level again here it should suffice. First Connection is a colt I like but he was a bit disappointing last time at Chepstow and has enough to find off the back of that. Still the most likely danger. Pledge Of Honour was also last when last seen at Newmarket but his earlier form would give him a good chance of running well. Kehailaan ran too bad to be true behind River Alwen last time but does still have potential so shouldn’t be entirely ruled out.
