THE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS OVER ON THE AW AT KEMPTON ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT!
Kempton 6.30 Thaler (11/8)
Dubawi colt who showed plenty of promise as a 2yo and made no mistake on return winning by 4 lengths over 6f here having always travelled best; fitter now and can improve again on handicap debut so likely to take the beating.
After such a good run the NAP has just rattled the crossbar of late so hopefully we can get it back in the winners enclosure at Kempton on Wednesday night. THALER impressed winning over 6f here last time and back up to 7f he should take a lot of beating here on handicap debut. An opening mark of 90 may well underestimate him and I think he’ll win this. Sun Power struck over C&D in August and was progressing nicely prior to blowing out last time. If he bounces back he could be the danger to the favourite. War Command colt Sky Commander is quite a big price and has also won over track and trip so might be the value to run on into a place. A lot of these have something to prove.

Nottingham 3.05 Grenoble (6/4)
Promising colt who looked a work in progress finishing second to a useful type on debut at Yarmouth in August; likely to be a lot sharper now and is open to plenty of improvement; looks well placed to go one better in this field.
Approachability made a bright start winning on debut at Pontefract a couple of weeks ago. He can improve but this is tougher under a penalty and that hands the initiative to GRENOBLE for William Haggas. This colt showed plenty of promise on debut just bumping into one and with that under his belt he can progress to take this out. Experience should count for plenty but Zain Nights looks the most interesting of the debutants being a half-brother to Elenora Delight. Franklin William is obviously bred to be pretty useful but failed to meet market expectations when down the field at Newbury. He should progress but might just need a bit more time to be seen to best effect.

The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Nottingham and Kempton on Wednesday.
