Race 5 Swan Hill 1.30 James The Great (6/4)
Good looking sort who deserved to get his head in front at Kilmore last month and with that under his belt can go on with it now; scope to keep improving and potentially a cut above this field; one to keep firmly on side.
I loved the way JAMES THE GREAT hit the line on first crack over this trip at Kilmore last month. He is very much unexposed and if he builds on that he will be too good for these. He is likely to be ridden quietly again before looking to pounce in the closing stages. Redjina is respected on exposed form having got his head back in front at Ararat over this trip last time. If he replicates that here he should give the favourite something to think about. The Enzo is a decent yardstick and should run his race despite disappointing at Bendigo last time. I still think the fav has the most potential and will improve past the lot of them though. Halgard has only had 6 starts and should also do better at some point.

THE AUSSIE NB (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 5 AT WYONG ON TUESDAY MORNING!
Race 5 Wyong 4.40 Pono Kitoro (2/1)
Promising filly who made a bright start winning on debut over track and trip back in November; given time since and sure to have improved so well placed to make it a perfect 2-2 here; should get a good pace to run down.
With two east Warwick Farm trials in the bank PONO KITORO can make it a perfect 2-2 at Wyong on Tuesday morning. She is clearly a filly on the upgrade and there was lots to like about that debut win. She would have filled her frame since and almost certainly has more to come. The Crimson Idol looks the danger but she is exposed in comparison. She has 6 wins from 38 and has 4 wins over the trip but is 0/8 at the track which would have to be slightly concerning. Lekvarte has more to come and won at Newcastle when last seen back in December. Divine Future also deserves respected as she has been in good form recently but this does look tougher and she will need to find more to figure.
