Talented mare on the Flat for William Haggas and made a bright start for this yard winning over hurdles at Taunton; form franked since; sure to improve again and looks to have found a good opportunity to follow up.
The NAP won in good style last night and hopefully we’ve found you another winner on Friday before we head into a busy weekend. CHORAL WORK impressed at Taunton last month and was nicely on top crossing the line. Maid On The Moon who was trying to mount a challenge before falling 2 out won her next start to give the form some substance. The selection remains open to further improvement and I think Olly Murphy has found a good race for her to go back-to-back. Galahad Threepwood started off well in handicaps on the Flat but rather went off the boil. If he takes to hurdling he could emerge as the main danger. Andre Le Notre will be sharper here and is also respected.

Wolverhampton 5.45 Purple Power (15/8)
Likeable mare who ran a cracker when runner-up at Newcastle over this trip last month and backed that up denied just half a length last time; obvious chance especially if mounting her challenge a little later.
The NB was also banked yesterday so we head to Wolverhampton with confidence high on Friday and PURPLE POWER can get back to winning ways for George Boughey. This mare has knocked on the door the last twice and the form looks very solid to me. She just came there too soon last time and was picked off late. Back down a furlong in trip if Ben Curtis gets the fractions right she should take all the beating. Louis Treize looks the danger to me if he puts it all in. He can be a bit unreliable but he wasn’t ideally placed last time and if getting a better trip could definitely be a factor here. Ustath is on a lengthy losing run but also has the form to get involved. Amazing Amaya looks to be best of the rest.
