Monday’s American Horse Racing Tips
Sky Sports Racing have live coverage of US Racing tonight and we have covered all FOUR meetings and picked out our best bets.
MORE TO COME IN AMERICA ON MONDAY NIGHT! Racing Stateside from Philadelphia, Will Rogers Downs, Turf Paradise and Mountaineer Park. Daily Double pays 9/2!
NAP – Best selection of the evening
Race 5 Turf Paradise 11.25 Missczech (6/5)
Progressive filly who has won 2 of her last 3 starts and drew off in style to score by 3 lengths over C&D last month; hard to oppose with further improvement to come and rates the most likely winner here.
I’m sticking with the improving MISSCZECH at Turf Paradise on Monday night. This filly won impressively at this level over track and trip last month and even a repeat of that would probably see her come out on top and she is likely to progress again so that makes her a standout. There is speed everywhere you look in this race so she should get a target to aim at and will be finishing best of all in the closing stages. Ellie Can Play made a winning debut but she is one of the pace angles and that won’t help her cause. Addydidit finished third behind the selection last time so is strictly held but might not be that far away again and is definitely worth a second look.
NB – Second best selection of the day
Race 7 Mountaineer Park 2.30 Storm Boarder (6/4)
Tough sort who has won 6 straight now and really bossed the opposition last time pulling over 6 lengths clear at the line; looks to have plenty in favour again and taken to have too many gears for these late on.
It’s hard to look past winning machine STORM BOARDER at Mountaineer Park overnight. He has a real likeable way of going through his races and he made it a perfect 4-4 for the season and 6 wins in a row last time. He bossed them throughout and one by one they cracked in behind. He only needs to repeat that here and he should be saluting the judge once more. Bybee is the closest rival in the betting but he was thrashed last time albeit in a stronger race than this. If he does bounce back in calmer waters he might threaten but he is likely to be taken off his feet early and I’m not sure he’ll be able to close in time. Shadow Tracer was in good form when last seen but might be better for the run here.
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit.
