MY AUSTRALIAN NAP RUNS IN RACE 5 AT HAWKESBURY ON TUESDAY MORNING!
Race 5 Hawkesbury 6.10 King Charming (11/8)
Created a big impression winning by 6 lengths head in chest on debut at Grafton last year; backed that up with another convincing success albeit by under a length at Doomben on final start in October; sure to do better now.
I’m expecting KING CHARMING to remain unbeaten at Hawkesbury on Tuesday morning. He is a perfect 2-2 and his form from last year stacks up so if he has trained on he should have too much for these rivals. He will likely push forward again and might always be dominating here. He has had two trials in preparation so should be spot on fitness-wise. I’m Not Slew won 2 of her first 3 starts before blowing out last time. If she can bounce back she could be the main danger to the selection. Black Jacamar is also building a nice profile after winning at Taree last time and might also be fighting it out for second behind the favourite. Hard to see much else at bigger prices landing a blow in here.

Race 5 Mornington 6.00 Coralee (13/8)
Likeable mare who won nicely at Hamilton before being pitched in at the deep end at Flemington; back to form when second denied just a head at Werribee on reappearance last time; can improve and should win.
Great chance for CORALEE to get herself back in the winners enclosure at Mornington on Tuesday. She showed plenty on return beaten narrowly at Werribee and with natural improvement on that she can get back to winning ways and resume her progress. It was ambitious from connections to chuck her into the deep end at Flemington and she has done well to bounce back since. Hit The Moon still has just the 1 win from 17 starts but ran well when runner-up last time and a similar run would likely see him fill the same position here. Dissmatic is unexposed after just a handful of starts and she could also have a say but likely needs to improve again to trouble the selection.
