MY US NAP RUNS IN RACE 7 AT BELMONT PARK ON FRIDAY NIGHT!
Race 7 Belmont Park 9.08 Highly Respected (6/5)
Promising colt who made a bright start winning on debut and was quickly pitched into graded company off the back of that and only missed by a nose in the Bay Shore at Aqueduct; will improve again and hard to oppose.
The progressive HIGHLY RESPECTED is unlucky not to be coming here looking for a perfect 3-3 as he was only denied a nose in graded company last time. He took an early bump that day too so did really well to get as close as he did only nailed on the finishing line. He is very talented and with further improvement to come will get back in the winners enclosure here. This is obviously calmer waters so he is expected to go off a short priced favourite come post time. Varatti could be the one to chase him home after winning easily on debut and then bumping into another nice horse in Conagher at Keeneland. Galt also has to be respected but he blew out last time albeit in Grade 2 level.

Race 7 Santa Anita 12.15 Redline (2/1)
Progressive colt who needed his first outing as a 2yo but put away after matured nicely to win both starts on return here showing a good attitude to prevail last time; more to come again up in trip and definitely the one to beat.
The hat-trick seeking REDLINE should prove hard to hold out at Santa Anita on Friday night. He is a colt going places judging by that last win and to me he is improving with experience. This is just his fourth start but given he has already won at this level he should confirm that recent form with Americaredwhiteblu and make it 3 wins from 4 starts. The latter is likely the danger again but I can’t really see why he should reverse that form. No Hang Charlie has won 2 of his last 4 but has already been gelded and lacks the potential of the front pair at least. Allaboutthemoney bumped into one last time and that may well be how this pans out again as it’s a good race so he needs to find more.
