Kempton 7.30 Biggles (5/4)
Progressive sort who took his form up a notch to win at Sandown and then bettered that again to beat a subsequent winner over C&D last month; 6lb rise but not done improving yet so hat-trick on the cards here.
Great chance for BIGGLES to bring up the hat-trick at Kempton on Wednesday night. He stayed on strongly to peg back Bowman here last time and that horse has since gone on to win a fiercely competitive handicap on Oaks day at Epsom. He is up 6lb to a mark of 81 now but you’d be foolish to rule out further progress and given how effective he is over track and trip it is hard to see how he doesn’t come away with the prize. Godolphin look to have the main danger in Secret Moment. He was only denied half a length on return at Chelmsford and should appreciate stepping back up to 7f but he does need to prove his effectiveness at the track. Ivasecret has plenty of ground to make up with the selection.

Yarmouth 4.13 Adela Of Champagne (2/1)
Kingman filly who was shaping encouragingly before taking a false step on debut; said to have improved since and should relish this softer ground so no surprise to see him step forward enough to win this.
It has been hard to ignore the money for ADELA OF CHAMPAGNE this morning. She is bred to be pretty smart and she should have ideal conditions this afternoon. Things didn’t exactly go to plan on debut where she took a false step and finished lame. She has reportedly worked well at home since and she looks to have a great chance of opening her account now. Sea Tsarina represents Haggas and this Sea The Stars filly could have a bright future but the market is suggesting she will need the outing. Consensus De Vega has experience on side and might pose a greater threat as she will strip fitter from her reappearance run. The rest all look to have a mountain to climb to get involved.
