Improving with experience and built on that narrow defeat at Thirsk to win convincingly at Yarmouth; denied just a short head on handicap debut last month coming back at the line; good chance to go one better.
With the pair nearly two lengths clear I thought that was a big run from TWELFTH KNIGHT on handicap debut at Yarmouth last time. The winner Lil Guff is a very useful yardstick and the selection was coming back at the line once headed. He is up 3lb from that but that winner will be rated higher than that suggesting the selection has a bit of wiggle room off his current mark and he can also improve again too. The stiff finish that Windsor offers should prove ideal so he really does have a great chance of getting himself back in the winners enclosure. The danger could be the unexposed Silver Bullet Lady who made a winning start as a 2yo and looked to need the run on return. Does need to settle.

Carlisle 4.15 Graces Quest (5/2)
Confirmed the promise she showed second time up to win at Musselburgh last month, travelling strongly and staying on well; got going too late at Ayr but beaten just a length; better than what she showed latest.
With Mulrennan back in the saddle I think we will see a big run from GRACES QUEST at Carlisle on Monday. She remains open to further improvement and given the way she won at Musselburgh last month I think she will be better than a 63-rated filly in time. It just didn’t pan out for her last time and she is a lot better than that. She drops down in grade back into a Class 6 now and looks the one they all have to beat. Iolani is a 10yo now but still showed his love for the game beaten just half a length into second here last time. The winner has let the form down since but he is still respected on that. Royal Countess stayed on well for second at Ayr and also has to enter calculations.
