Caught the eye to some extent running well in defeat at Sandown on reappearance; justified strong support to get back to winning ways at Chelmsford last time; 3lb rise looks lenient and will take the beating.
With four runs over a mile resulting in two wins BE LUCKY MY SON should be hard to beat at Bath on Wednesday night. He was all out at Chelmsford last time but that didn’t look a bad race with the second The Mouse King on the upgrade too. A mere 3lb rise looks lenient to me and I think he can follow up under Rossa Ryan. Accrington Stanley won over C&D last time so has to be respected but is bumping into an improver here. Say Grace strung a couple of wins together before being held in second at Leicester last time. Back in handicap company here though she has more on her plate off a mark of 67. Murphy’s Dream might be worth a second look back down in trip but still has enough to prove.

Kempton 6.50 Explicit (11/8)
Promising colt who bumped into another nice prospect at Hamilton and then improved to win at Musselburgh before following up impressively at York; more to come especially over this trip so leading claims here.
The hat-trick looks on the cards for the progressive EXPLICIT at Kempton on Wednesday night. This colt by Expert Eye was very impressive at York last time and that was his first try over this trip. I think you could have stopped the race at halfway and called him the winner he was going so well. The money was down and he made no mistake. New Definition definitely brings potential to the table and is likely the best horse he would have faced so far but I still think he’ll come out on top given how convincing he was last time. Time Test filly Cantora makes her racecourse debut for George Boughey so I wouldn’t want to see too much support for that one in the betting either.
