Progressive filly who comes here chasing a hat-trick after getting back to winning ways at Gosford and then backing that up at Warwick last month; can improve again and looks a cut above this bunch; hard to oppose.

Matterhorn and Mr Magical could take each other on here and if they do that will set things up perfectly for the favourite SELEQUE who is 2 wins from 4 over this trip and will be fitter following her comeback win at Warwick Farm. She is now chasing a hat-trick and with scope to improve again she is a confident selection to come out on top here. Matterhorn would usually be the threat but if he gets taken on that’s going to make it hard for him to see it out as strongly as he’d hope so Hibiscus Lady is put forward for the forecast. She is more exposed than the market principals but still has some solid form in the book and could run better than her odds are suggesting.

Promising filly who certainly wasn’t winning out of turn over a similar trip to this here last month, winning convincingly; more to come now she has her head in front and looks the one they all have to beat here.

We head over to Doomben on Wednesday for our second best bet Down Under and SHE’S AN EAGLE looks worth following. She was impressive here last time and now she has her head in front she could really kick on. That was her first win from 8 starts but she has placed on 5 other occasions finishing second 4 of those times. Her form stacks up and this looks another good opportunity to win again so I’m keen to keep her on side. Alatar also brings winning form to the table and can improve so looks the danger. Petunia is just 2 wins from 17 starts but did it well from off the pace on penultimate start so is also considered if the race sets up for her. Blazing Sunrise is 2 from 15 so needs more.
