Saturday’s Aussie Notebooks and Value Tip!

Here you will find our Tracker horses Down Under PLUS our Value Tip. We don’t have one everyday but only when something stands out at a price bigger than we think it should be (4/1 winner on Friday).

OUR FIRST NOTEBOOK DOWN UNDER GOES IN RACE 2 AT EAGLE FARM!

Race 2 Eagle Farm 2.50 Red Chase (9/4)

Plenty of experience for a horse of his age and turned a corner of late winning at Sunshine Coast and following up at Doomben last time; gets this trip well and the hat-trick surely beckons? Worth keeping on side.

We tipped RED CHASE on Friday but he was a late scratching. He heads to Eagle Farm on Saturday morning and looks a good bet to complete a hat-trick of wins for Desleigh Forster. He won impressively last time and with a good record over this trip he is very hard to pick holes in. I thought he’d be fav. Thy Kingdom Come looks a huge player and is the logical danger. A bit short in the betting but deserves it on all known form I guess. Of the rest Tricky Gal stands out as she did well to win by a neck on penultimate start.

OUR SECOND TRACKER HORSE RUNS AT FLEMINGTON ON SATURDAY MORNING!

Race 8 Flemington 7.05 Shot Of Irish (9/4)

Recent form really stands out beating Duke Of Plumpton at Sandown and then seeing off Aussie Nugget at Caulfield; comes here looking to land a hat-trick of wins and it will take a brave man to oppose; plenty in his favour again.

We head to Flemington for our second tracker on Saturday morning and SHOT OF IRISH is taken to come out on top again in Race 8 on the card. He has won his last two beating the right horses in the process and with a bit of luck will land the hat-trick. So Si Bon is also seeking three in a row and has to be respected but I just think the form of the selection is that bit stronger so he’s worth siding with to go in again. Of the rest Django Freeman is another to consider having knocked on the door lately.

Tracker Double

The Tracker Double consists of both Notebook runners. Remember these are profitable to follow as singles so it’s always worth combining them as a double to maximise profit.

Value Tip

Race 2 Randwick 3.05 Keen Power (3/1)

Unbeaten; made it 2-2 at Murwillumbah when last seen in December last year; trialled well and Tim Clark booked for the ride so plenty of reasons to be positive about his chances on return; plenty of potential.

The Value Tip was successful on Friday as Racketeering steamed home to land us a nice 4/1 winner! We head to Randwick on Saturday morning and KEEN POWER catches the eye in Race 2. He will be looking to remain unbeaten and has found a nice race on return. He will obviously need to improve again on what we’ve seen to take this but there’s every reason to think he will. Tim Clark is booked which is another positive. He has a likeable way of going through his races and hopefully this will fall in his lap. Tejori is on for a hat-trick so it will be a real test but I’m confident he is a horse to keep on the right side of.
