Race 5 Ipswich 5.57 Addocarr (6/4)
Useful sort who has looked on the upgrade recently catching the eye when second at Toowoomba and then winning at Warwick; big run in defeat over C&D recently and looks to have a leading chance again; hard to peg back.
This looks a good opportunity for ADDOCARR to get back to winning ways. He looks to have turned a corner lately and this looks easier so he should go one better and return to winning ways. He will push forward from a low gate and should take some catching. Ipso Nem Felek looks the danger as he ran well at Doomben last time. Yet to win here in three attempts but gone close a couple of times. Hard to recommend anything else so I think this will be a case of the favourite proving too strong with the run of the race.

Race 7 Goulburn 6.45 Vibrant Knight (2/1)
Good looking sort who won impressively at Moruya last time to make the breakthrough at just the second attempt; sure to improve from that and looks hard to oppose here as he looks to follow up; most likely winner.
Going from a maiden to a BM58 isn’t easy but VIBRANT KNIGHT has the scope to improve and gets the vote here to come out on top. 2/1 seems generous if anything as I was really impressed with him the last day. Good draw so will push forward and sit on the pace. Doesn’t have to lead but may want to try and boss these so it will be interesting to see how it pans out. Fact Or Fable won at Canberra last month and should emerge as the main danger. Not much strength in depth so a good chance for the favourite to win again.
