The Aussie NAP won again overnight so it’s now won SEVEN times from our last nine selections! Hopefully lined up another winner at Randwick on Saturday. Also racing from Flemington and Morphettville.

Race 8 Randwick 7.45 Mugatoo (15/8)
Progressive, likeable type who comes here chasing four straight wins after impressing at Rosehill and Newcastle; big weight but drawn beautifully and McEvoy sticks so has plenty going for him; one to keep safe.
Some brilliant racing overnight Down Under and my best bet has to be MUGATOO at Randwick. I can’t wait to see him out again and I think he’ll continue his progression up through the ranks here. He has a lovely draw and should get a nice toe into it before striking up the straight. He has won his last three in the style of a talented horse and now has 8 wins from 14 starts. This obviously has strength in depth and one lurking at a bigger price may be Paths Of Glory. Think I’ll have an each way saver at around 25/1 as I think he can hit the frame if getting luck. Hush Writer will relish the step up to 2400m so has to be worthy of serious consideration.

Race 8 Morphettville 8.16 Pearl Bandit (15/8)
Won two of his last three and this trip looks his optimum with all four career wins coming over it; came from well off the pace to run them down latest; hopefully they go hard early as that will set it up nicely for him.
Great chance for PEARL BANDIT to go in again! He has won two of his last three and looks to have turned a corner again of late. This no harder so if things pan out favourably he will be hard to stop late in the day. Meehni is a talented sort too and has only had 6 starts so good reason to expect plenty more to come yet. Looks the one to put up the most resistance to the favourite. Low draw so be interesting to see if she pushes forward early and uses it. Going Gaga has the form to be in the finish but may only be fighting for a place. Extreme Thrill has a good draw so shouldn’t be completely dismissed but again has a bit to find in terms of win purposes.
Autralian Daily Double
The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Randwick and Morphettville on Saturday morning.
