Race 2 Sapphire Coast 3.20 Nicci’s Song (5/4)
Improving filly who comes here chasing a hat-trick after winning convincingly on return from three months off the track at Wagga recently; fitter now and looks well placed to go in again so one to keep safe.
The Aussie NAP was back to winning ways overnight so hopefully we can fire in another winner to start a new week! NICCI’S SONG catches the eye at Sapphire Cost in the early hours of Monday morning. This filly is chasing 3 in a row after impressing last time. If she improves again she should be tough to stop with added fitness. Pindarra’s Dream has 2 wins from 13 starts but hasn’t been in great form and is back from three months off so might need the run. Loom as a danger if putting her best hoof forward though. Loose Wire brings winning form to the table and it wouldn’t surprise me if she put up the most resistance to the favourite. Run Like A Rebel is probably best of the rest.

Race 1 York 5.20 There’s A Thought (11/8)
Good looking filly who is by So You Think so certainly bred to be smart; yet to get off the mark but highly tried last time and no surprise to see her take a big step forward now with fitness on side; good chance.
We head to York early on Monday morning for our second best bet Down Under and THERE’S A THOUGHT looks poised to make the breakthrough. She has been running in good contests and wasn’t beaten all that far behind Fashion Queen last time. If she steps forward physically she should be a danger to all here and looks capable of taking it out. Plenty of her rivals have question marks over them including main danger Lady Hatras who is much more exposed in comparison. She has had 26 attempts now and is yet to get herself in the winners enclosure so the feeling is she will find the favourite too strong in the closing stages. She didn’t run badly last time but needs to find more.
Autralian Daily Double
The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Sapphire Coast and York in the early hours of Monday morning.
