AUSSIE NAP LANDED OVERNIGHT! More racing Down Under on Tuesday from Pakenham, Moruya, Beaudesert and Murwillumbah. Overnight Double pays 9/1!

MY AUSTRALIAN NAP WON OVERNIGHT AND RUNS AT PAKENHAM ON TUESDAY!

Race 9 Pakenham 7.30 Montenegro (2/1)

Progressive form in recent starts winning his last two, running on strongly from off the pace to win convincingly over C&D last time; can improve again and looks well placed to bring up the hat-trick; most likely winner.

The Aussie NAP was back in the winners enclosure overnight and we head to Pakenham on Tuesday as we eye up another winner. The likeable MONTENEGRO looks poised to complete the hat-trick. He has taken his form up a couple of notches lately and is hard to oppose in another winnable race. Spooning has some good form in the book but finished last at Sale last time so has a bit to prove off the back of that. His run here before that wasn’t great either so is hard to recommend. Zounile also blew out last time but had excuses and might pose a greater threat. Vitesse Breeze best of the rest but has just the 1 win from 15 attempts which is hardly encouraging.

Race 4 Moruya 5.20 Bravo Maso (9/4)

Likeable filly who impressed winning at this track on penultimate start when last seen; not so good at Canberra on final start but not beaten far; given time since and remains open to further improvement; sure to go close.

Lots to like about the chances of BRAVO MASO at Moruya on Tuesday morning. This filly has only run 4 times winning 1 and finishing second twice. She is clearly a nice prospect in the making and given time since that fourth at Canberra she can keep progressing now. Our Fox is second favourite in here and has just the 1 win from 16 attempts so I think that tells you about the quality of this race. Stunning Sunrise at least remains unexposed so could be the main danger. Absolutely Foxy seems to have gone off the boil somewhat but did shape a little bit better at Goulburn last time. If she can build on that again she might run into a place as this doesn’t have a great deal of strength in depth.
