MY AUSTRALIAN NAP WON AGAIN OVERNIGHT AND IS ON A SIX-TIMER ON THURSDAY!

Race 5 Murwillumbah 5.55 Empress Zou (6/5)

Good looking chestnut filly who improved to win at Gold Coast on just her second start; looked to need the run on return last month only fourth; more to come and well placed to get back to winning ways here.

The Aussie NAP is flying right now as we look to make it SIX WINNERS IN A ROW on Thursday morning. We head to Murwillumbah where EMPRESS ZOU should take a lot of beating. She was convincing at Gold Coast and was entitled to need her reappearance run back from 5 months off at Sunshine Coast. She almost certainly has more to offer and should get the better of this field. Cherry Soda is second fav but she is 0/8 over the trip so that tells you about the lack of quality on show here. Hallowed Dreams may pose a greater threat as she is 1 from 3 over the trip and has 2 wins and 2 placed efforts from 10 starts so is building a nice enough profile. The rest all have enough to find on recent form.

Race 5 Bendigo 5.30 Jukila (6/4)

Impressed winning so easily here at the start of the month; won 7 times now and has a win and a second over this trip from just 3 attempts; exposed but hard to beat if in the same form again here.

I know he has been about for a while now but even still JUKILA is in cracking form and he will only need to match that Bendigo form to win this you’d think. He has more to come over this trip and looks the most likely winner as the market is suggesting. Bazini is obviously unexposed in comparison so looks the biggest danger. He suffered a bit of trouble in the run when only midfield at Geelong and is better judged on his win at Hamilton before that. Definitely the main threat to the favourite. Boyszee is starting to get the hang of things so will likely fare best of the rest. Aperol Sprint failed to back up that Muswellbrook win last time so might need more stepping up significantly in trip.
