THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) WON AGAIN OVERNIGHT AND IS ON A HAT-TRICK NOW!

Race 1 Sale 2.20 Savileo (1/1)

Promising sort who looked to need the experience when fifth at Echuca back in the summer; very much caught the eye going down just a head on return at Cranbourne; better can be expected again so obvious chance.

The Aussie NAP landed again overnight so we head into Sunday chasing a HAT-TRICK now and I’m confident SAVILEO is the one to beat over at Sale. He is improving with every run and wouldn’t need much more on that Cranbourne effort to take this out. He will strip fitter given that was his first run since August last year and is very much the one to beat in this field. He’s On Form is the danger having showed potential when midfield on debut at Warrnambool. Of the rest Bluejack has also shown bits and pieces of ability but will need to take a sizeable step forward to trouble the favourite. Headsmart has already had 7 runs and his best finish is third so definitely needs to do better to get competitive.

Race 3 Donald 3.50 Dodgy One (1/1)

Good looking grey who missed by just a nose on debut at Terang having been well supported; went down less than a length in a stronger race at Kilmore last time; open to further improvement and should be winning this.

Another fairly skinny price for one of our best bets Down Under on Sunday but DODGY ONE looks the one they all have to beat at Donald. He is improving with experience and only missed narrowly again last time. With natural improvement this looks the right race to make the breakthrough before being targeted at bigger prizes in time. Rivinado is second fav but is 0/5 and could only manage fourth last time. He will need to leave previous form behind to lay a glove on this fav who brings much more potential to the table. Mokgadi is even more exposed and she just isn’t doing enough to be seriously competitive here even after that second at Ararat. Reforestation is best of the rest.
