Ran really well last time from a wide draw to finish second and in the box seat today he should have every chance of going one better; should get rewarded for his consistency as this looks a good bit of placement.
Expecting ROCKET FIRE to be hard to beat here. He hasn’t won for a while, dating back to January 2019 to be precise but he is a model of consistency and this looks desperately weak. He ran his best race for a while when second from a tough draw last time and in the box seat today he can take full advantage. Jardin ran well when third on the turf here last time beaten just a length so has to be respected as the main danger. Red Eight has a poor draw but is also respected.

Greyville 2.15 Makhet (3/1)
Finished behind Noemi here last time but was constantly short of room and had to keep switching to get a clear run; keeping on well at the finish and looks value to turn the tables here; has the better of the draw.
This looks between the favourite Noemi and second favourite MAKHET. We’ve sided with the latter. She ran well last time and while she finished behind the former she was denied a run a couple of times before switching and keeping on again. From a better draw today she can reverse that form and looks good value to do so. I think that’s the form line to focus on as hard to recommend much else in here. At a bigger price perhaps She’s A Crusader can hit the frame. She will likely push forward as she has speed to burn.
