This won't take a great deal of winning so that makes last time out winner SALADO a standout for me. He is up in grade but has won at a better level than this in the past and if building on that latest effort should be really tough to beat. He likes to bounce out and go forward and if he gets dictating it could be race over early on. Brother Aaron is on a hat-trick impressing over track and trip last time and looks the obvious danger. Electoral has never won fresh but does have some good form to his name so could also get competitive.

Likeable sort who won twice last season and capped the campaign off going down just half a length into second over a mile here; drop back in trip will suit here and won on reappearance last season so big shout.

The way CHANNEL FURY won first time out last season was mightily impressive and if he returns in that sort of form again here he is definitely the one to beat. He capped off last season going down just half a length over a mile here and looks to have plenty in favour back from a 6 month absence. I Wanna Win won his last 5 but usually needs his reappearance run so should come on for this having not been seen since October last year. Woodland Walk has form that ties in with the selection and might emerge as the danger.
