I'm happy to put a line through that last run as TIGHTROPE was highly tried there and failed to show his best form having gone too hard early on. He had won 2 of his last 3 prior to that and with further improvement a distinct possibility back on dirt he should take advantage of these calmer waters. W W Candy was only denied a neck last time and is a danger if running to that sort of level again even though this is slightly tougher. Latigo is lightly raced and is another one that must enter calculations.

Improving filly who returned with an impressive win in a tougher race than this here at the start of the month; should keep progressing with experience and looks a good bet to follow up under likely positive tactics.

Hard to look past MOTLEY SUE who is bidding to make it 2 wins from 4 starts. She impressed drawing clear last time and given this is easier and she has added fitness on side now she should have all bases covered. Super Slide made the breakthrough last time and might be the danger now she has a win under her belt. Jackson Avenue beat the selection as a 3yo but was pretty poor on reappearance and has a point to prove now as that was bitterly disappointing. Amore Fire is also noted but needs to bounce back too.
