The promising LA RENOMMEE won 2 of her final 3 starts over fences last season and reappeared with a really convincing win at Ludlow. She galloped 7 lengths clear at the line but really impressed with how well she jumped throughout. She remains fairly lightly raced and if improving again is clearly the one to beat despite a 9lb rise. Petticoat Lucy is on a hat-trick and looks the most obvious danger.

That was a big run from ALL THE KING'S MEN over C&D on return and if he manages to find improvement on that he should get himself back in the winners enclosure. He should still be well handicapped off this mark and if things pan out more favourably I'm confident he is the most likely winner. Gincident is definitely capable as he has won fresh before and might be the main danger. Capital Guarantee has a bit to prove too but is also noted.
