Made every yard a winning one on debut for these connections at Wincanton early last month, beating Audacity by 15 lengths; likely to improve and should prove hard to beat in a bumper that might not take much winning.
The way GRAND ROI skipped clear at Wincanton you’d think he will prove good enough to take this. It doesn’t have much strength in depth and given he is likely to go forward again they might not see which way he went. Belle De Manech overcame inexperience to make a winning start at Warwick and looks the main danger given the yard have targeted this race before. Ocean Wind is also considered.
