Ran out a convincing winner over fences at Sedgefield in November and followed up back over hurdles at Kelso back in trip; clearly thriving and remains unexposed over fences so should have every chance of landing the hat-trick.
We head to Ayr for Thursday’s Preview Pointer and SKYHILL is fancied to complete the hat-trick under Jamie Hamilton. He was given a patient ride at Sedgefield before coming through strongly and staying on well to win by 4 lengths. It was a shrewd move back over hurdles that saw him come out on top at Kelso and back over the larger obstacles here he is a confident selection to bring up a hat-trick of wins. This stiffer test should suit Walkin In The Rain and he looks the main danger. Asking For Answers has been nibbled at and is also considered.

Needed the run on return when well held at Southwell but stepped forward for that at Wolverhampton next start, just given too much to do; came on again to win last time and looks a big player if in the same form despite a wide draw.
Richard Fahey is operating at a 40% strike rate in the last fortnight and he has another good chance of a winner here in the shape of ODDS ON OLI. He won well at Wolverhampton last time, sent off at 12/1! He won’t be anywhere near that price here but has strong claims of repeating that performance. The wide draw is a slight concern but even still I think he’s primed to go close. Cat Royale has been backed but he always seems to find one too good so while he looks a good bet to hit the frame I couldn’t back him for win purposes.
