NAP – Best selection of the day
THE NAP IS DUE A WINNER AND WE HEAD TO SANDOWN ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON!
Sandown 1.50 Johnbb (6/4)
Improving youngster who built on encouraging comeback to win readily over C&D last time, justifying good support; that form looks right up there and with the promise of further improvement to come he is a confident selection to follow up.
Given it was only his second start over fences a 6lb rise is unlikely to stop JOHNBB going close here. He showed a good attitude to prevail over C&D last time and with further progress on the cards he looks a good bet to follow up. Locker Room Talk made all at Taunton last month but he faces a stiffer test here. Delire D’Estruval is taken to chase the selection home given the step back in trip should suit.
NB – Second best selection of the day
MERRYWEATHER LANDED THE NEXT BEST A 4/1 WINNER YESTERDAY! WE HEAD TO WINCANTON ON SATURDAY!
Wincanton 3.50 Arrivederci (2/1)
Useful type in bumpers and caught the eye on debut over hurdles finishing third to a smart prospect; too keen at Chepstow but produced his best effort when chasing home Fiddlerontheroof at Sandown latest and looks a leading player on that form.
This looks a good opportunity for ARRIVEDERCI to open his account over timber for Jonjo O’Neill. He was beaten 7 lengths at Sandown last time but even still sets the standard on that piece of form and with further improvement to come should have every chance of opening his account over hurdles. Grand Slam is well related and can prove the biggest threat especially if strong in the market prior to the off.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Sandown and Wincanton on Saturday as we look to get back on track.
