We head to Plumpton for the Daily Preview Pointer and MOUNT WINDSOR looks good value against the favourite here. He pulled away his chance at Huntingdon and again at Sandown but ran much better when second to Highway One O Two over C&D last time. That horse is our NAP today and runs in the opener. The selection is open to further improvement in this sphere and should go close.

Jumped well to make all in a 4-runner race at Fontwell last month, enjoying positive tactics; unexposed over fences and could have plenty more to come; this obviously competitive but a bold showing looks assured.
I’m looking forward to the Sussex National and CHRISTMAS IN APRIL looks a good bet to come out on top. He has the right profile coming into this as he has plenty of potential as a staying chaser. Harry Cobden is likely to have him on or up with the pace and if he jumps as he did at Fontwell last time he might take a bit of pegging back. Dangers include Hard To Forget and Belle Empress while Vinnie Lewis can never be ruled out.
