THE NOTEBOOK WAS PROFITABLE TO FOLLOW LAST YEAR AND WE’LL BE LOOKING TO BOUNCE BACK TODAY!
Chepstow 2.55 King Erik (2/1)
Point bumper winner who showed clear signs of ability when fifth in a bumper at Warwick back in May; had a wind op since and open to improvement now tackling hurdles with the yard turning a corner.
This looks a good opening for KING ERIK to make a winning start over hurdles. He was sent for home too soon in a bumper at Warwick back in the summer but should prove a different proposition having undergone wind surgery and now sent over hurdles. He looks the most likely winner and the 2/1 appeals. Nightboattoclyro showed a good attitude to prevail over C&D latest and looks the main threat.

Wolverhampton 5.15 Shine On Brendan (2/1)
Promising type who was denied just a neck on debut over C&D before improving to chase home a smart horse in Ivatheengine at Kempton latest; that form makes him a leading player and only going to improve; sure to go close.
I’m expecting a big run from SHINE ON BRENDAN here. He has finished second on both starts to date and with scope to progress further he looks a major danger to the favourite Will To Win. The latter made all at Lingfield but will need more to follow up and looks too short in the betting. Lion Tower is well bred and shouldn’t be ignored on debut for Mark Johnston but I’m hoping experience will come to the fore.
Notebook Double
Here you will find our Notebook Double which is profitable to follow. Remember to back the double (and singles) to consistent stakes and you’ll always come out on top in the end. The worst thing you can do is not back them after a blank day.
