Sole win came here as a 2yo and shaped as though still in good form when fifth here 3 days ago, nearest finish; step back up to 7f should suit and this is desperately weak so best chance for a while to get her head back in front.
It’s hard to be overly confident given how poor this race is but VALLEY BELLE won’t get a better chance to get her head back in front and with her recent form looking strong in the context of this race she must have a big shout here! She was tapped for toe early last time but ran on well for a closing fifth and the extra furlong will play to her strengths here. Rosarno is also on a long losing run but looks the main danger having run creditably last time. Rebecke is another one not to rule out.

Shaped encouragingly on first start over fences when third at Hereford, probably needing the run; never going when a distant fourth at Stratford and never put in the race at Chepstow; has a bit to prove at present but this easier and down another 3lb.
Now this isn’t one for maximum faith by any means but FINANCIAL OUTCOME has the most potential of these over fences and if things do click he could take a bit of beating here I think. He’s been a bit expensive to follow for me as I backed him at Hereford and Stratford but down 8lb since he was sent chasing I think he is too well handicapped to ignore now. A leap of faith to some extent is required but track and trip look in his favour as does the ground so fingers crossed.
