Al Dancer disappointed me when second to Put The Kettle On over C&D at the BetVictor Gold Cup meeting and failed to back that up weakening close home at Kempton. I’m keen to take him on again and MISTER FISHER looks the one to be on for Nicky Henderson. He shaped well on return at Warwick and improved to win impressively over further here last time. The drop back in trip looks a wise move and with further improvement likely he should have too much for these. Lisp won well at Plumpton and the form has worked out well since but he’s going to need plenty more to trouble the selection.

Far from straightforward but has plenty of ability as showed when landing back-to-back novice hurdles at Worcester; really good second behind Tobefair at Cheltenham when last seen; freshened up since and looks a leading player in this field.
This looks a good bit of placement from Rebecca Curtis as SUNSET SHOWDOWN looks to notch up another win. He ran right up to his best chasing home the gutsy Tobefair at Cheltenham last time and freshened up since looks to have found another good opportunity. He will be ridden patiently so hopefully Point Of Principle and Clyne take each other on to ensure it’s run at a good clip. If they do Flowery is probably the one I fear most as he ran well at Sedgefield and should come on for that.
