We head to Exeter for the NAP and JACK VALENTINE should open his account at the fifth time of asking over hurdles. He is still open to improvement and has run some very good races in defeat. In the context of this race he is clear on the figures and should prove too good. His rivals have something to prove so it’s no surprise to see him a warm order in the betting. Fanfaron Dino has the hood on but needs to improve plenty. Mille Sussurri was disappointing last time and also has to bounce back to pose any kind of threat.

Travelled like a good thing before pulling readily clear to win over shorter here last week; turned out quickly under a penalty but will win if in the same form; looks a good bit of placement to record back-to-back victories.
Unforgiving Minute landed the NB yesterday and we head to Southwell on Tuesday as we look to follow up. GOING NATIVE ran out a very convincing winner here last week at odds of 5/1 and looks an obvious contender to follow up turned out quickly under a penalty. She cruised through the race and quickly settled it. This doesn’t look a stronger affair so if she backs that up she wins. Howardian Hills is probably the main danger but at a bigger price Warrior’s Spirit might be value to hit the frame.
