Smart colt who was only just touched off over C&D 33 days ago; good effort considering he was conceding weight all round; races off the same mark here and looks to have leading claims on the figures.
This looks a good opportunity for FOX POWER to regain the winning groove. He proved as good as ever going down just half a length over C&D last time and racing off the same mark looks to have likeable claims of coming out on top. Red Bond won well at Newcastle and is respected but this poses a different test and the handicapper has had his say so he’ll need more to figure. Via Serendipity obviously beat the selection last time so is a danger as is Rathbone who remains unexposed on the AW.

Talented mare who got off the mark over this trip at Wolverhampton last month before following up over C&D, staying on well; excuses at Lingfield last time, slowly away and could easily bounce back here.
I think there’s a lot to like about COME ON BEAR coming into this and granted usual luck in running she should take this. She was impressive over C&D on her penultimate start and given Lingfield doesn’t look to suit her too well and she was slowly away I think you can excuse that last run. She is still going the right way so makes plenty of appeal in a winnable race. Drop Kick Murphi finished well at Kempton so comes into calculations as does The British Lion who chased home the selection last time, given a lot to do.
