THE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 8 AT WILL ROGERS DOWNS TONIGHT!
Race 8 Will Rogers Downs 10.45 Silver Luke Silver (15/8)
Came from out the pack to close on a nice prospect in Knox Court over 6f here last month; showed a likeable attitude under pressure and with the step back up to a mile firmly in his favour he should prove too strong for these down in grade.
Miltontown kept pulling out more to land our US NAP again yesterday. We head into Wednesday night chasing a hat-trick of wins so hopefully SILVER LUKE SILVER can get the job done. He should find this easier than last time and having shaped as though he’d appreciate the extra yardage last time he ticks plenty of boxes here. There isn’t much pace on so it won’t surprise me if Obed Sanchez bounces out and makes all. He was strongest at the line last time and with this easier he is the most likely winner.

Race 6 Tampa Bay Downs 8.00 Monkey Mind (3/1)
Dug in gamely to prevail by a nose at Monmouth Park back in October; far from disgraced in stronger company since and this her easiest assignment for a long time so expected to have too many gears for these; likely to try and get on the lead.
We head to Tampa Bay for Wednesday’s NB and MONKEY MIND makes strong appeal in Race 6 for Keith Nations and Raul Mena. She would have needed the run on return over track and trip and down in grade should take a lot of pegging back. She will be fit now and her back-class is taken to rise to the top here. She was previously placed in Stakes races so should prove too strong for them tonight. Itsagimme’s Girl saw off She’s Dynomite and Better Yet last time so looks the main danger.
