Held up second last on his first look around here before picking up smoothly and making rapid headway through the field going through the gears to win impressively; similar contest here so plenty going for him as he looks to follow up.
There was a lot to like about the way QUICKSILVER galloped them into submission over shorter here last month. He has stamina to prove over a mile but he certainly wasn’t stopping at the line last time and I loved the way he ate up the ground to see them off one by one last time. He looks a horse thriving right now and another win surely beckons? The 2/1 should come under plenty of pressure as he ticks a lot if not all boxes. English Investor is a danger having shaped better than the bare result last time.

Kept good company since winning her first two starts and no surprise to see her find it easier down in grade to win well at Santa Anita last time bagging the rail and making all; similar tactics likely to be adopted here and should prove hard to pass.
I loved the way VALLESTINA galloped all the way to the line last time and if she turns up in that form again I think she’ll be hard to catch. She has plenty of back-class and should hold the edge on these. New Years Love has looked a decent mare in three starts to date winning once and finishing second on the other two starts. She should put up some sort of resistance and Tulle is also respected chasing a hat-trick of wins. She won notably well last time but there’s no doubt she’ll find this tougher.
