Promising chestnut who shaped encouragingly amidst greenness finishing third on debut at Beaudesert over this trip, doing his best work late on; sure to improve for that initial outing and rates a decent proposition especially in this field.
That was a good run from ROLLINWITHTHEFLOW to finish third on debut and with usual improvement with first run to second he looks sure to go close here. I think they’ll look to get him settled early but at the same time won’t want to get too far back. He should take care of these. Brook’s Girl has shown ability in three runs to date and she looks the biggest threat to the selection if stepping forward again. She won a Doomben trial recently so is in good order. I’ll be surprised if anything else gets involved.

Not seen for the best part of 19 months but looked on an upward curve on final start finishing second at Hawkesbury and has been trialling well; this looks a good bit of placement back from that long absence and he could make up for lost time now.
A big field but a race lacking quality and I’m expecting ALL THINGS to take full advantage. His fitness is taken somewhat on trust as he hasn’t been seen for a long time but he definitely has the ability to take care of these and could go on to better things. It looks a nice starting point. If the selection does fail to fire Ellia showed encouragement when second on debut at Narromine over 1300m and Rizzuto is also thereabouts having been far from disgraced on return here earlier this month.
