Brad Pengelly is red-hot right now and he gets a leg up for the first time so further improvement looks a near certainty. He will look to deliver him late and with plenty of pace on it could set up for his closing style. Aleysa’s Dream has experience on side and looks the one to put up the most resistance.

Hasn’t quite kicked on since winning at Newcastle in February but wouldn’t have been suited by the step back in trip at Wyong and was in decent company at Randwick latest; step up to this trip ideal now and he can improve again so obvious chance here.
A big field but one lacking any clear quality so SUCCENDAM looks worth keeping on side as he tackles this trip for the first time. He has been shaping as though the extra yardage will suit so hopefully he can resume his progression. He is unexposed and should be finishing strong under Blaike McDougall. Buba is a filly capable of better so rates one of the dangers along with Temperate who won well at Goulburn before being given too much to do last time.
