NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE US NAP LANDED AGAIN LAST NIGHT SO WE’RE NOW CHASING AN AMAZING EIGHT-TIMER STATESIDE!
Race 3 Gulfstream 7.09 Monmouth Dr (1/1)
Never landed a blow switched to Turf here last time but catches the eye back on Dirt and had been progressing well finishing a good second over track and trip in February prior to that; Ortiz back up and everything points towards a big run.
The GYTO NAP created history last night as Dak Da Man powered clear from the opposition to land us a seventh winner in a row (a weeks worth of winning NAP’s). We head to Gulfstream tonight as we look to make it eight and MONMOUTH DR looks rock solid in Race 3. He improved a chunk to go close over C&D on his penultimate start and then ran flat switched to turf last time. Back on Dirt he’s taken to go one better and get his head back in front. Steadily is probably the one to chase him home.

Race 6 Gulfstream 8.45 Fuddled (7/4)
Promising filly who ran a cracker on debut last month, beaten just a neck by an improver; angled out smartly and really finished strongly; should improve for that initial experience and looks hard to beat here; good chance she will be finishing best of all.
We stick at Gulfstream for the NB tonight and FUDDLED looks a filly worth sticking with following an extremely promising debut over track and trip last month. She just took a stride or two to realise what was being asked but once she lengthened she was closing quickly on the winner First Wave. The form looks pretty decent and 7/4 seems generous off the back of that. Humor Me Dixie is probably the main danger having also caught the eye on debut finishing third. This looks a race to take note of for the future.
