Knocking on the door since winning well over track and trip in September last year; split rivals going best before being edged out on the line by a useful horse last time; third has won since so the form looks strong; this easier and looks the most likely winner.
The run of NAP winners came to an end last night as Louie’s Kingdom could only manage second. Kicking myself as nearly made the NB the NAP which obviously went and won. We pick ourselves up and dust ourselves down as we look to kick-start another streak and head to Gulfstream on Sunday night. FROSTED GRACE is a short price but it’s understandable as there’s lots to like about this colt. That was a huge run last time and a reproduction of that would see him go one better. Should prove too good!

Race 6 Gulfstream 8.43 Carolyn’s Smile (2/1)
Likeable filly who is improving all the time; missed out by just a neck last time in what looked a good race; front pair came nicely clear and winner looks useful (good run when second since); hard to beat with the promise of more to come.
A soft lead potentially looks on the cards for CAROLYN’S SMILE here and if she does go forward and bag the rail I don’t think anything will catch her. She was run down by Bird Map last time and I don’t think there’s anything of that calibre of horse in here so she should have too much speed for them. She is getting better with experience and ran really well last time over 6 lengths clear from the third. If there is a danger it’s probably Jeanie’s Angel as she showed ability on debut and should also step forward.
