Yarmouth 2.30 Dutch Story (7/4)
Flashy chestnut who loves this C&D; ran on gamely to open his account over track and trip in August last year and was only denied a head here in October before dotting up by eight lengths in October; 8lb rise but more to come especially here.
Having been backed into a shade of odds-on last time DUTCH STORY made no mistake winning by eight lengths virtually on the bridle under Martin Dwyer. He just kept finding and finding and really pulled clear close home for an emphatic success. He is up 8lb for that but still looks ahead of the handicapper to me and is a confident selection to make it 3 from 4 over this C&D. Atletico is probably the main danger as he is down to a mark of 67 now so should get competitive. He is on a long losing run though.

Kempton 3.55 Scentasia (3/1)
Smart filly who has won three of her last four; signed off last season with a career best in a Listed race at Lingfield in November, ears pricked; should continue to improve and the drop back to a mile is no issue; sure to go close.
We head to Kempton for our second tracker horse on Wednesday and the Gosden’s SCENTASIA looks a good bet to make it four wins from her last five with Dettori in the saddle. The likelihood is she isn’t done improving yet and while this is competitive she looks to have a great chance of going in again and 3/1 is very appealing. Stablemate Nazeef looks the main danger as she has looked impressive too landing the hat-trick at Newmarket last time. Lacks experience though and that’s what edged it for me in the end.
