Smart colt who made the perfect start winning at Lingfield on debut despite plenty going wrong; can take another step forward from that and should be hard to beat under a penalty; one to keep on side.
Great to have Windsor back and our best bet of the day runs in the opener. Richard Hannon’s BREAKFAST CLUB looks to have plenty of potential and he did well to win on debut given what went wrong. He ran wide into the straight and only really got going late to get up near the finish. Improvement looks a certainty so he should be hard to stop under a penalty. Dark Kris has experience on side so should run well. Probably chase the selection home. Diligent Lady will do better in time, one to keep an eye on.

Clueless on debut finishing down the field at Chelmsford; stepped forward markedly to chase home Kipps at Lingfield last time and with further improvement likely this represents a good opportunity to open his account.
The switch to turf and step up in trip looks ideal for A STAR ABOVE and it will be disappointing if he doesn’t open his account. He is obviously bred to be useful so he’s expected to have too much for these following that promising run at Lingfield. The winner Kipps chased home Hukum in the King George V at Royal Ascot so the form looks really strong especially in the context of this maiden. Retrospect is by Frankel and will improve. Looks the main danger to the selection.
