Race 6 Louisiana Downs 11.22 All About Clara (4/5)
Promising filly who has been kept busy; very good second over track and trip last time; hitting peak fitness now and if she builds on that last run she will be hard to beat in this company; should have a good pace to aim at.
We head to Louisiana Downs on Monday night for the NAP Stateside and ALL ABOUT CLARA is taken to justify favouritism in Race 6 on the card. She has improved the last twice and looks to be coming to the boil now. This is a very winnable race so it will be disappointing if she doesn’t go close. Mimi’s Song will also be ridden for a bit of luck and looks the main danger but she has a few lengths to make up based on that last run for me. Can’t see past the favourite.

Smart type who is lightly raced and should have plenty more to come especially on dirt; chased home Flash Of Silver at Woodbine on penultimate start before running a bit below par last time; back on dirt now (won only start on this surface) so big chance.
We head to Fort Erie for our second best bet Stateside on Monday night and DYNAMITE KARMA is taken to make it 2-2 on dirt. He showed a great attitude to prevail on this surface in February and has been running creditably in defeat since on a synthetic surface. He remains open to further improvement and looks the one to beat here. Awesome Miner is the obvious threat as he is a colt on the up and won well on turf last time. Needs to find more on dirt though to trouble the selection. Looks between the pair.
