Longchamp 3.05 Enable (6/4)
Superstar filly who is bidding for three wins in the race after being denied when second last year; good form since returning winning the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Stakes and a good prep run last month; hard to oppose now.
Not the race we wanted with Love being pulled out at the end of last week due to the really testing conditions and now Aidan O’Brien has withdrawn his 4 remaining chances with Mogul, Serpentine, Japan and Sovereign all non runners due to a contaminated feed. This leaves the door wide open for ENABLE to make it 3 Arc wins for John Gosden and Frankie Dettori. She has been campaigned to the minute for this again after a heartbreaking loss to Waldgeist last year. Even at the age of 6 she has done everything asked of her in her last two runs and surely takes all the beating? The main danger could be stablemate Stradivarius who is a proper stayer and conditions look ideal for him.

Longchamp 4.55 Safe Voyage (11/4)
Likeable sort who showed a great attitude to win the Group 2 Boomerang Mile Stakes at Leopardstown last month; won three of his last four now and comes here with confidence high; sure to go close.
Bar the Arc this is probably the race I’m most looking forward to on Sunday and SAFE VOYAGE looks a standout to me. He’s had a brilliant season thrashing One Master at York before showing a great attitude to win at Leopardstown. His form is right up there and he looks to have a leading chance. He finished fourth to One Master last season but seems to be in better form this time around and I fancy him to turn the tables. Earthlight has only been beaten once when fourth to Space Blues at Deauville but was back to his best under a good ride latest. He looks the main danger but I wouldn’t rule out a big run from Tropbeau too as she has stamina in abundance.
