NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE NAP (BEST BET) WON YESTERDAY AND RUNS AT CHELMSFORD ON THURSDAY!
Chelmsford 6.30 Henrik (11/10)
Gutaifan colt who left debut effort well behind winning at Chepstow in June; stepped forward a chunk again when second to subsequent Acomb winner Gear Up last time; concedes weight all round but capable of better again.
The NAP was back to winning ways yesterday as Act Of Wisdom got the job done at Nottingham. Hopefully we can follow up on Thursday as we head to Chelmsford on the AW. HENRIK sets a very good standard here and is expected to have too much for his rivals. He bumped into subsequent Group 3 winner Gear Up when second at York and a repeat performance should see him back to winning ways despite conceding weight. Rommel looks solid in terms of a place as he has plenty of experience to draw on. Baba Reza looks capable of further improvement and may be the one to chase the selection home. Hard to see anything else proving good enough.
NB – Second best selection of the day
THE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) WON AGAIN YESTERDAY AND IS NOW CHASING A FOUR-TIMER!
Ffos Las 1.50 Legends Gold (5/4)
Three-time winner over hurdles last season who goes notably well fresh; last seen chasing home subsequent Cheltenham Festival winner Indefatigable when fourth at Warwick; could do well over fences.
This is a good race but I’m expecting LEGENDS GOLD to take plenty of beating here. She is likely to go forward and given her record fresh should take plenty of pegging back if she has an appetite for these larger obstacles. She should get into a nice rhythm under Adam Wedge and looks the most likely winner. Empreinte Reconce is the closest in the betting but I wouldn’t be so keen on her chances and I think she’s best watched. Win My Wings was out of form over hurdles when last seen but she has potential over fences so is feared. Oriental Cross may put up the most resistance though as she will be suited by going chasing and has potential going forward.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Ffos Las and Chelmsford on Thursday as we look to follow up Wednesday’s winner.

Here’s our Notebook Double. These are two horses we’ve been keeping an eye on that have a good chance of winning. The Tracker Double usually pays better than the Daily Double and must be included.
Here you will find our Daily Lucky 15! It includes both Notebook runners, the Eye Catcher and Value Tip. These are some of our strongest bets of the day combined to try and land that big win.
