NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 8 AT PHILADELPHIA ON MONDAY NIGHT!
Race 8 Philadelphia 8.34 Factor This In (5/4)
Smart type who has been back to his best lately winning two of his last four and finishing runner-up on the two occasions he was beaten; holds a number of these on recent form; clearly the one to beat again.
Not much between quite a few of these but the one that stands out has to be the favourite FACTOR THIS IN here. This 6yo has been in terrific form and if he repeats that latest win again tonight he should have these covered. There’s good early pace on out wide from Phish Fan, King’s House and American Talent and I can just see the selection tracking them through before pouncing up the straight. He has the most obvious claims having beaten both Tactical Pursuit and King’s House in good style last time and finishing in front of Regal Quality before that. We haven’t seen Forman The Foreman for 124 days but some of his form stacks up so he might be value to run into a place.

Race 7 Delta Downs 9.39 Vice Versa (13/8)
Improving sort who comes here chasing a hat-trick after impressing over this trip at Churchill Downs last month; can keep improving and this doesn’t look a great deal tougher so big chance of going in again.
I think VICE VERSA is one to keep on side right now. He has impressed the last twice and doesn’t look done improving yet. If he builds on that latest performance on first start for his new stable then he will be really tough to stop here. Guitarzan finished a place in front of Jack Be Quick when denied a neck last time and has won two in a row prior to that so could emerge as the main danger to the favourite. Gold Buyer ran no sort of race in a $100K event last time but this is obviously a great deal easier and he has been fairly consistent prior to that so it wouldn’t surprise me if he was the value play in terms of a place. Does need to bounce back though and there are unexposed types in here.

The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Philadelphia and Delta Downs on Monday night.
